AerSale to See H2 Acceleration in Whole Asset Sales, MRO Volume, Following Softer H1, RBC Says

AerSale (ASLE) is expected to see an acceleration in H2 in whole asset sales and MRO services volume following a softer H1, RBC Capital Markets said in a Monday research note.

The company has not called out a change in customer demand or purchasing as a result of the Iran war, and remains confident that the recent volatility in jet fuel prices will not have any impact on long-term demand, according to the note.

AerSale continues to see "lumpy" results in its on-airport MRO footprint, RBC said, adding that the ramp of the Tennessee facility is important for profitability as the company continues to further its regional jet capability.

RBC maintained its sector perform rating with a $8 price target on the company's stock.
