【#自动驾驶国标发布#】#自动驾驶国标明年7月1日实施#8月4日，据工信部消息，《智能网联汽车 自动驾驶系统安全要求》强制性国家标准正式发布，拟于2027年7月1日起正式实施。适用于搭载L3级、L4级（高度自动驾驶）系统的M类和N类车辆，不适用于自动泊车系统。
该标准立足我国产业发展与行业监管实际需求，兼顾技术可行性、产业适配性与落地实操性，构建了维度完整、要求清晰、适配国情的安全要求体系。规范人机交互与用户告知要求，防范误用滥用风险。标准要求自动驾驶系统的激活和退出过程应安全，并明确就绪、激活、退出等状态信息及信号的提示规范。对于L3级自动驾驶系统还应具备驾驶人接管能力监测功能。
同时，要求车辆制造商除产品使用说明书外，还可通过官网、车载显示终端等渠道清晰告知用户驾驶自动化等级、能力范围、局限性、控制策略及用户角色转换等关键信息，引导用户正确认知与使用。
