凤凰网科技讯 8月3日，京东外卖宣布推出AI智能头盔，集成AI语音助手、单王带路、一键SOS求助及商户环境核验四大功能，首批将免费发放给京东全职骑手，后续逐步向全体骑手开放。
该头盔针对骑手配送痛点设计：雨天可通过语音完成接单、拨打电话等操作，解放双手；内置“单王路线”功能，可基于老骑手经验提供小区内精确导航；搭载“商户环境核验”功能，骑手到店取餐时AI辅助进行门店环境核验，存在问题的商户将被系统自动标记；同时支持自动解析订单备注，在送达前主动提醒骑手。
京东外卖表示，此前已为15万全职骑手缴纳五险一金并签订正式劳动合同，此次AI智能头盔是继定制工服、智能餐箱后的又一装备升级。该产品旨在通过技术手段提升骑手配送效率与安全性，同时优化用户的外卖体验，并经过持续训练与迭代，在隐私与安全合规方面通过了严格测试。目前具体上市时间及后续推广计划尚未公布。
