Temasek subsidiary, Temasek Financial (I), priced SG$750 million worth of 2.65% guaranteed bonds due 2036, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The bonds will be issued under TFin-I's $300 billion guaranteed global medium-term bond program and will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Temasek Holdings.
The bonds have been rated Aaa by Moody's and AAA by S&P.
TFin-I will utilize net proceeds from the bond issuance to Temasek and its investment holding companies to fund ordinary course of business.
The offering is scheduled to close on Aug. 11, with the bonds expected to be listed on Aug. 12.
