消息面上，隔夜美股云和租赁大涨，美股三大云厂商中，微软涨近5%，谷歌涨超4%；亚马逊市值则首次突破3万亿美元创新高，此前其公布的财报表现超出市场预期。算力租赁nebius涨超11%，coreweave涨超19%。当前AI行业已从单纯的资本支出扩张进入ROIC（增量资本回报率）验证阶段。国海证券认为，算力租赁行业中长期增长逻辑较为确定，且已进入业绩释放的红利期。
值得一提的是，粤港湾智算在AI算力基础设施这条赛道上正加速获得资本的真金白银认可。公司7月初公告显示，截至6月30日已新增AI算力云服务订单逾20亿元。7月21日，旗下深圳鸿睿与浦银金融租赁签订两笔融资租赁协议，合计融资金额约11.85亿元，其中最新一笔约7.9亿元，租赁期长达62个月。仅7月前20天所锁定并进入交付阶段的新增订单规模，已比肩整个上半年的实际交付体量，交付节奏显著提速。
