近年来，甘肃省白银市总工会聚焦安全生产重点工作，打造“产业工人+群防安”融合治理模式，通过工匠宣讲、机制激励、实战练兵强技、暖心维权四维发力，构建起全员参与、全域覆盖的工会安全治理新格局。
工匠带头线上线下齐发力，筑牢职工安全思想防线。由劳模工匠、安全标兵组建的32支宣讲服务队，深入生产一线开展精准宣讲百余场，覆盖职工1.26万人次。全员排查治险，构建群防共治工作体系。发挥工会群众监督优势，畅通线上线下举报渠道，建立岗位自查、全员上报、闭环销号、有奖激励工作机制。
