PPG工业公司（NYSE： PPG）日前宣布，Justin Epler已被任命为工业涂料美洲区副总裁，任命于2026年8月1日起生效。Epler将直接向工业涂料和特种产品高级副总裁Juliane Hefel汇报，接替因寻求外部机会而离职的Hendekea Azene。
Epler在PPG拥有超过15年的丰富经验，此前担任工业涂料欧洲、中东和非洲（EMEA）区总经理。在任期间，他通过强化商业卓越和规范化规划，推动该区域业绩实现显著提升。更早之前，Epler曾担任工业涂料美洲区卷材和建筑产品总监近五年。他拥有圣文森特学院市场营销和国际商务管理学士学位。
Hefel表示，Epler在职业生涯中展现了对客户的坚定承诺和对客户需求的深刻理解，其倾听、沟通和执行的能力是其工作的显著特点。在新的岗位上，Epler将专注于深化客户伙伴关系，推动美洲区域的持续增长，并确保高水平的服务和技术专长始终保持在各项工作的最前沿。
PPG总部位于匹兹堡，业务遍及全球50多个国家，2025年实现净销售额159亿美元，服务于建筑、消费品、工业和交通运输等市场。
