北京青年报记者8月3日了解到，北京市知识产权局近日遴选本市新一代信息技术、高端装备制造、新材料等重点产业领域的160件专利开放许可项目，形成并发布了2026年度首批集中推广专利开放许可项目清单，以助力促进专利开放许可制度有效实施，推动本市专利转化运用。
本市各知识产权运营服务平台、中小企业知识产权集聚发展区管理机构、知识产权公共服务机构自本通知发布之日起可将清单内专利项目信息面向所服务产业领域和区域内具有相应知识产权工作基础的中小微企业进行推广，达成许可的，及时依法办理专利实施许可合同备案手续。鼓励各科技园区、产业园区、科技孵化器、众创空间管理运营机构和市场化知识产权服务机构参与专利开放许可项目集中推广工作。
北京青年报记者在清单上看到，此次发布的160件专利开放许可项目来自北京大学、北京航空航天大学、北京工商大学、北京首钢国际工程技术有限公司、北京网智天元大数据科技有限公司、中国肉类食品综合研究中心等科研院所和企业，使用费支付方式包括无偿、入门费+提成、一次付清等多种方式。
