Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust Issues Over 5 Million New Units to Pay Management Fees

Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (SGX:BUOU) issued 5.4 million new units on July 31 to pay management fees for the quarter ended June 30, according to a Friday Singapore Exchange filing.
The REIT issued 4.28 million units at SG$0.9873 each to cover 75% of its REIT manager's base fee and 1.07 million units at the same price to cover 75% of the HAUT manager's base fee.
The aggregate base fee for the April-to-June period amounted to SG$7.04 million, it said.
Following the issuance, the trust's total units in issue increased to about 3.81 billion.
