0313 GMT - APAC Realty stands to benefit from Singapore's property-related measures, RHB Research's Vijay Natarajan says in a note. The government has introduced measures that appear positive for medium-term transaction volumes. It raises the stock's target price to 0.74 Singapore dollar from S$0.71, with an unchanged buy rating. Shares are 6.1% higher at S$0.61.
