ChainCatcher 消息，据 Ava Labs 官方博客，肯尼亚国家考试委员会（KNEC）宣布通过本地技术服务商，将全国学术认证数据锚定至 Avalanche C-Chain，正式建立国家级电子认证体系。
该系统已上链超过 1,500 万份历史学术记录，最早可追溯至 1989 年，近 100 万名 2025 年 KCSE 考生证书现已通过该平台独家发放。
未来系统预计覆盖约 3,500 万份可验证记录，涵盖小学、中学、高级文凭及政府师范认证等多个教育层级。新系统将验证时效从原有的数周乃至数月大幅压缩至秒级，彻底取代依赖人工审核和传统数据库的旧有流程，有效防范证书伪造与仿冒验证网站等欺诈行为。
KNEC 首席执行官 David Njengere 表示，考生现可在线安全访问、下载并验证其 KCSE 证书，无需再单独依赖纸质证书。
