Elk Range Mining (ASX:ELK) was admitted to the official list of the ASX on Thursday with securities commencing quotation on Aug. 10, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The company said it raised AU$10 million through the issue of 50 million shares at AU$0.20 per share under its prospectus dated June 17.
