智通财经APP讯，威胜控股(03393)发布公告，本公司的附属公司惟远能源技术股份有限公司于巴西成立的附属公司WASION ENERGIA DO BRASIL LTDA于2026年8月成功获得Equatorial Energia的重合器供货合约，合约总金额约为1.1亿巴西雷亚尔(约人民币1.45亿元或约1.68亿港元)。
Equatorial Energia是巴西最大的综合性基础设施与综合能源集团之一，也是拉美资本市场具有高度代表性的综合公用事业公司，其在巴西配电、输电、可再生能源发电、能源贸易及水务/基础卫生等多个领域均占据核心地位。
该重合器是本集团智能电网解决方案中的核心产品，用于提升配电网的自动化水平及供电可靠性。董事会深信，本次中标将进一步加强本集团于海外市场的业务基础，并对本集团的长远发展带来正面影响。
