8月6日上午消息，新浪财经独家获悉，万科正式撤销办公事业部。调整后，公司事业部数量由8个缩减至7个。

　　据知情人士透露，办公事业部撤销后，各个项目并入各自城市公司，事业部负责人卢冰转任中航万科负责人，事业部部分员工转岗至城市公司，部分员工按优化方案获赔离职。

　　目前，万科官网组织架构资料也已作出更新。对此调整，截至发稿，万科方面暂无官方回应。

　　2024年10月，万科对开发经营业务进行组织架构调整，在原开发经营本部组建办公事业部，聚焦办公类资产的经营提效，原北京区域首席合伙人卢冰出任该事业部负责人。

　　2025年9月，万科进行更大规模的组织架构调整，形成“集团总部+地区公司+事业部”的新格局，原9个事业部调整为8个事业部，分别为物业事业部、商业与酒店事业部、办公事业部、长租公寓事业部、海外事业部、食品事业部、物流事业部和财顾事业部。

　　近年来，万科持续推进资产处置，办公类资产的变现是公司回笼现金的重要来源之一。在近日举行的股东大会上，万科管理层提到，优化资产结构与质量是万科下一阶段的工作任务之一。同时，万科启动城市聚焦策略，逐步推动资源向核心城市集中。存量资源盘活方面，公司上半年累计盘活货值超过150亿元。

　　根据财报资料，截至2025年末，万科产业办公业务已在全国布局21个城市，经营项目62个，经营规模位居国内办公行业第一梯队，服务租户数量逾7000家，大客户留存率约70%。
