国际货币基金组织（IMF）二号人物表示，日本经济复苏正为日本央行在维持超宽松货币政策数十年后继续推进政策正常化创造条件。

　　IMF第一副总裁丹·卡茨表示，日本正经历一场“意义深远的长期转型”，前首相安倍晋三发起的结构性改革如今才开始显现成效。

　　卡茨周四在开普敦接受采访时表示：“日本央行已开始摆脱持续近30年的超低利率环境，推进货币政策正常化。”

　　卡茨去年加入IMF前曾在美国财政部任幕僚长。他称，预计“日本央行将采取一切必要措施履行其使命，也就是实现通胀方面的使命，同时也支持经济增长”。

　　在被问及日本央行为支撑日元还需要采取哪些措施时，卡茨表示：“通胀仍略高于目标水平，因此我预计正常化将继续推进。”
