路透8月5日 - 德国钢铁分销商克洛克纳公司（Kloeckner & Co） KCOGn.DE 周三公布，其第二季度剔除特殊项目影响后的核心利润处于此前指引的区间内，并设定全年该指标的目标区间为1.7亿至2.5亿欧元 (合1.96亿至2.88亿美元)。
不过，该公司在一份声明中表示，由于地缘政治不确定性加剧导致的宏观经济环境严峻，目前预计全年出货量将小幅下降。
此前，该公司曾预计2026年出货量将保持稳定 (link)，尽管去年年底已完成八家美国分销中心的剥离。
这一结果公布之际，沃辛顿钢铁公司 WS.N 正推进对该公司的收购 (link)。
每股11.00欧元的要约接受期将于8月12日结束，预计此后将正式退市。
剔除重大特殊因素影响后的第二季度息税折旧及摊销前利润（EBITDA）为6300万欧元，而此前给出的指导区间为4000万至8000万欧元。
受出售贝克尔集团（Becker Group）产生的1.51亿欧元减值损失影响，这家钢铁分销商报告季度净亏损2.68亿欧元。
克洛克纳预计，受平均价格上涨推动，全年销量将小幅增长。
