韩国股市周三走高，受隔夜美股上涨带动。美国人工智能（AI）相关个股发布强劲财报，帮助稳定投资者信心。韩国央行7月会议记录显示，决策者认为有必要进一步收紧货币政策，但表示未来加息的时机和步伐将取决于后续经济数据。
摩根士丹利的Kathleen Oh表示，随着韩国经济基本面增强，韩国央行的加息周期推进速度可能快于先前的预期。该经济学家预计，韩国央行将在2027年第一季度前将政策利率上调至3.5%，早于她此前的预测。Oh表示，科技和非科技出口可能继续加速，同时在家庭收入改善和财政支持的推动下，消费有望迅速复苏。她补充说，需求驱动的价格压力可能会使核心通胀保持在高位。摩根士丹利将该国2026年的增长预期从2.8%上调至3.4%，将2027年的增长预期从2.3%上调至2.7%。
