智通财经APP讯，瑞风新能源(00527)发布公告，于2026年6月29日举行的股东周年大会上股东通过有关建议更改公司名称之特别决议案之后，开曼群岛公司注册处处长于2026年6月30日发出更改名称注册证书，证明本公司之英文名称已由“China Ruifeng Renewable Energy Holdings Limited”更 改为“ Ruifeng Green Energy AI Computing Holdings Limited”。
而其中文双重外文名称已由“中国瑞风新能源控股有限公司”更改为“瑞风绿能智算控股有限公司”(更改公司名称)。香港公司注册处处长已于2026年7月30日发出注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书，确认本公司根据香港法例第622章公司条例第 16部于香港注册的英文名称由“China Ruifeng Renewable Energy Holdings Limited”更改为“Ruifeng Green Energy AI Computing Holdings Limited”及中文名称由“中国瑞风新能源控股有限公司”更改为“瑞风绿能智算控股有限公司”。
本公司于联交所买卖股份的英文股份简称将由“RUIFENG RENEW”更改为“RF GREEN EN AI”，以及中文股份简称由“瑞风新能源”更改为“瑞风绿能智算”，自2026年8月10日上午九时正起生效。本公司于联交所买卖股份的股份代号将维持不变，仍为“527”。本公司的标志或网站将不会作出变更。
