截至7月31日，等小麦价格为每吨13500卢布，自7月10日亚速海运受限以来下跌11.3%；四等小麦下跌14.5%，报每吨12200卢布。
据SovEcon，部分生产商被迫以每吨8000‑9000卢布的价格出售，而数周前价格尚为14000‑15000卢布；生产盈亏平衡点约为每吨10000卢布。
7月小麦出口同比下滑17%‑24%，至160万‑180万吨；大麦出口同比大跌82%，仅10.1万吨。
