智通财经APP讯，亿腾嘉和(06998)发布公告，本公司高度差异化创新的PD-1/CTLA-4/VEGF三特异性抗体GB268用于治疗局部晚期不可切除或转移性乳腺癌(包括三阴性乳腺癌TNBC 和激素受体阳性╱HER2阴性HR+╱HER2-乳腺癌)的Ib/II期临床试验于2026年8月5日成功完成首例受试者给药。
该研究包括单药、免疫联合化疗，免疫联合抗体偶联药物组合方案，主要研究终点为评估GB268联合治疗的安全性和耐受性，包括剂量限制性毒性(DLT)，以及评估GB268单药及联合不同治疗方案在相应乳腺癌人群中的初步抗肿瘤活性。
该临床方案贯穿一线、后线全疗程阶段，为全方位拓展GB268应用范围迈出第一步，未来本公司亦计划在更多晚期实体瘤领域开展多项联合治疗临床研究。 GB268单药I期临床数据计划于2026年第四季度在欧洲肿瘤内科学会(ESMO)公布。
