自去年上市以来，Figma Inc股价不断走低。公司首席执行官Dylan Field自愿放弃了约4600万美元的公司股票奖励，此举旨在重振投资者信心，应对人工智能颠覆带来的担忧。 Figma在周三提交的文件中表示，此次放弃是自愿的，且未发放任何替代奖励。Field原定于7月1日获得约240万股B类股票。B类股票赋予Field对公司更大的控制权，可随时转换为在市场上交易的A类股票。7月1日，A类股票收盘价为19.49美元。
