IHS (IHS) has completed the sale of IHS Mauritius BR to Macquarie Asset Management, Macquarie said Friday.
The transaction includes more than 8,700 wireless tower sites in Brazil and 250 sites in Colombia.
Shares of IHS were down more than 1% in pre-bell activity on Friday.
