智通财经APP讯，中国再保险(01508)发布公告，公司于2026年8月7日收到国家金融监督管理总局关于何兴达先生任职资格的批复。根据该批复，国家金融监督管理总局核准何兴达先生担任公司董事的任职资格。何兴达先生担任公司非执行董事、董事会审计委员会委员、提名薪酬委员会委员以及风险管理委员会委员及主任委员的任期自2026年8月4日起生效，至第五届董事会任期届满为止，任期届满可以连选连任。
董事会进一步宣布，因工作安排，贾祥翔女士提出辞任公司非执行董事、董事会审计委员会委员及副主任委员、提名薪酬委员会委员及风险管理委员会委员职务。该辞任自2026年8月7日贾祥翔女士辞任信函送达董事会之日起生效。
