智通财经APP获悉，滨化股份(06745)早盘涨超10%，截至发稿，涨8.7%，报3.5港元，成交额8228.37万港元。
消息面上，7月19日，滨化集团宣布6N级高纯氟化氢气体投产。公司后续表示，高纯氟化氢气体目前处于产品推介阶段，后期能否取得客户认可存在不确定性；氟化氢产品占公司营业收入比例较小，预计不会对公司业绩产生重大影响。
东吴证券发布研报称，国内高端电子材料高度依赖进口，国产替代空间巨大，其中semiG5级电子氢氟酸适配先进芯片制程，行业高端产能稀缺。截至2025年底，公司拥有semiG5级电子级氢氟酸产能6000吨，公司预计1.7万吨高端电子化学品项目将于2026年底中交，拓展蚀刻液、剥离液等新品，推动公司在新材料领域蓬勃发展。
