智通财经APP讯，金泰丰国际控股(09689)发布公告，配售协议所载的所有条件已获达成，而配售事项已于2026年8月5日完成。合共1.86亿股配售股份(相当于紧接完成前本公司已发行股本的20%以及经配发及发行配售股份扩大后的本公司已发行股本约16.67%)已成功配售予不少于六名承配人，配售价为每股配售股份0.69港元。据董事作出一切合理查询后所深知、尽悉及确信，承配人及其最终实益拥有人均为独立第三方。紧随配售事项后，概无承配人及彼等各自的联系人成为本公司的主要股东。
经扣除配售事项的所有相关开支(包括但不限于配售佣金、法律开支及垫付费用)后，所得款项净额约为1.26亿港元。
