韩国电商巨头酷澎（Coupang）周三公布，受大规模用户数据泄露相关罚款影响，公司第二季度由上年同期盈利转为净亏损。
这家美股上市企业在公告中披露，截至6月的第二季度，录得净亏损8650亿韩元（约合5.7亿美元）；而去年同期实现净利润435亿韩元。
酷澎绝大部分营收来自韩国本土业务。2025年11月公司爆发数据泄露事件，超3700万名用户信息受波及，事件曝光后引发民众强烈不满。
今年6月，韩国个人信息保护委员会就此开出6247亿韩元的史上最高罚单，处罚事由包括本次数据泄露，以及未经许可收集用户网络行为数据。
第二季度，核心线上购物业务——商品电商板块营收同比增长1%，至74.2亿美元。
酷澎首席财务官高拉夫・阿南德在财报电话会上表示：“本季度商品电商业绩计入韩国监管机构近期下达的罚款。该处罚目前仍可接受司法审查，公司计划提起上诉，但相关支出已在本季度入账。”
酷澎创始人、董事长金范锡称，数据泄露事件过后，绝大多数流失用户已经回流，消费规模恢复至以往水平。
他表示，如果剔除事件发生后彻底流失、没有回归的用户群体，第二季度存量用户消费金额同比上涨16%。
