面对旗下AI模型需求激增，Anthropic正在组建团队，自研专用人工智能芯片。
根据招聘启事以及公司声明，这家人工智能初创企业正在招聘工程师，为Claude大模型设计定制芯片。Anthropic发言人表示，公司正在搭建内部芯片研发团队，为Claude开发定制芯片，这是该公司首次公开证实这一计划。
发言人补充称，Anthropic将开展硬件‑模型协同设计，让Claude能够“按照客户所需的规模”实现更快、更高效的运行。该发言人表示，Anthropic将采用“多芯片方案”，AWS、谷歌、英伟达以及AMD的硬件仍将是这家AI企业算力扩张的核心。
一则新近发布的招聘启事披露了Anthropic“定制芯片团队”的规划，公司正在招募精通半导体设计与验证多个领域的工程师。
该工程师岗位薪资区间为32万‑48.5万美元，要求候选人能够拿出实际成果，证明自己“亲身参与完成半导体设计并实现量产交付”。
