8月5日金融一线消息，重庆金融监管局发布批复，核准蒋宁马上消费金融股份有限公司董事、副董事长、总经理的任职资格。

　　公开信息显示，蒋宁于2016年加入马上消费金融股份有限公司，现任马上消费金融股份有限公司总经理兼首席信息官。

　　蒋宁带领研发团队在人工智能、大数据等领域进行研究，使公司申请发明专利1800多件，在消费金融行业发明专利数量较多，人工智能等领域专利超1500项，在重庆金融领域专利数量处于前列。

　　蒋宁曾在世界人工智能大会、金融街论坛等场合就人工智能、金融科技伦理、大模型发展等议题发表观点。2024年11月，蒋宁在数字产业生态伙伴大会上指出，金融大模型的商业化面临不确定性高、成本高、行业标准缺失等挑战，实现普遍盈利仍需较长时间。他认为，随着技术发展和市场推动，未来有望出现被广泛认可的行业标准，并带动使用成本下降。
