智通财经APP讯，博尼控股(01906)发布公告，预期于截至2026年6月30日止六个月(报告期)录得本公司拥有人应占纯利约为人民币800万元至约人民币1000万元，较2025年6月30日止六个月(去年同期)本公司拥有人应占纯利约人民币120万元增加约人民币680万元至约人民币880万元。报告期拥有人应占纯利中包含就出售香港博尼有限公司(出售事项)确认的相关收益约人民币1400万元至人民币1600万元(考虑到于其他全面收益中确认的汇兑差额重新分类至损益的损失)。如剔除出售事项相关收益，本公司报告期录得亏损。
根据现时可得之资料，董事会认为本集团报告期剔除出售事项相关收益后录得亏损，主要由于本集团报告期录得主营业务收入约人民币9700万元，较去年同期约人民币1.16亿元下降约16%。服装终端消费需求增长乏力，本集团所处的服装类原始设计制造商行业国内外竞争激烈，导致客户订单较往年有所减少。
