智通财经APP获悉，创维集团(00751)早盘涨超6%，截至发稿，涨2.71%，报4.555港元，成交额390.19万港元。
消息面上，8月4日，创维集团发布公告，预期集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月(本期)的未经审核税后溢利较截至2025年6月30日止六个月的未经审核税后溢利，将取得不低于170%的增幅。
公告称，税后溢利的预期增长有两个主要因素。第一，集团持有的部分上市及非上市股权证券价值受惠于半导体行业市场估值于本期末大幅增长而大幅上升，因此按公允价值计入损益的金融资产的公允价值的非现金及未变现收益较去年同期增长约人民币5.30亿元。第二，智能系统技术业务板块的智能终端销售数量、营收规模以及毛利率较去年同期有所增长。
