路透8月4日 - 根据周二提交给美国证券交易委员会的文件显示，达维塔（DaVita） DVA.N 以约3650万美元的价格从伯克希尔·哈撒韦（Berkshire Hathaway） BRKa.N 回购了182,980股本公司股票，这使得伯克希尔在这家肾透析服务提供商中的持股量降至2897万股，约占45%。
此次回购于7月31日完成。DaVita与伯克希尔达成协议，将按季度回购足够数量的股份，以将伯克希尔的持股比例降至45%。伯克希尔自2011年第四季度起便持有这家总部位于丹佛的DaVita的股份。
