TerraCom (ASX:TER) appointed Richard Clarke as permanent chief financial officer, effective immediately, according to an Australian bourse filing on Tuesday after market hours.
Clarke has been serving as the company's interim CFO since May 29, per the filing.
The board is continuing its search for a permanent chief executive, with Chris Bourke to remain interim CEO until further notice, the filing added.
