近日，由东方金诚评级的“财达证券-鑫建实业集团商业物业资产支持专项计划(革命老区)”（以下简称“本期专项计划”）在上交所债券市场成功发行。本期债券发行总规模1.37亿元，为江西省首单“革命老区”主题CMBS；其中，优先级发行规模1.36亿元，发行期限18（5+3+3+3+3+1）年。
遂川县隶属江西省吉安市，素有“井冈山南第一县”之称，是井冈山革命根据地的核心组成部分。遂川县鑫建实业集团有限公司是遂川县重要的国有资产运营主体，主要负责遂川县范围内的混凝土销售、房地产开发、砂石销售和租赁等业务。江西信担为江西省省级国有担保公司，担保业务规模位列江西省前列，其为鑫建实业履行对优先级资产支持证券的差额支付义务及回售和赎回义务提供的不可撤销连带责任保证担保具有很强的增信作用。
