智通财经APP获悉，据市场消息，中国人工智能公司演语科技(Evoken)正在考虑赴香港上市(IPO)，相关上市计划仍处于评估阶段。
演语科技成立于2023年，是一家专注于人工智能与创意内容生产的科技公司，旗下拥有AI创作社区 LiblibAI、AI视频创作平台 LibTV 以及AI设计Agent产品星流等业务，覆盖AI图像生成、设计、视频创作等多个应用场景。
其中，LiblibAI是演语科技核心产品之一，定位为AI创作者生态平台，为用户提供AI模型、素材及创作工具服务。目前，公司已从单一AI图片生成平台逐步扩展至覆盖图片、设计、视频等多场景的AI内容生产矩阵。
业绩方面，据公司披露，截至2026年5月，演语科技年度经常性收入(ARR)已超过3亿美元，过去一年公司多个AI产品实现商业化突破，集团整体收入保持高速增长。
业内人士认为，随着生成式AI竞争从基础模型逐渐向应用生态延伸，具备用户规模、商业化能力和产品矩阵的AI应用企业正受到资本市场关注。若演语科技登陆港股，将进一步丰富香港市场人工智能产业链布局。
