智通财经APP获悉，德合集团(00368)复牌飙涨超 75%。消息面上，德合集团发布公告称，要约人Grand Junction Intelligence Co., Limited 以总代价2.25亿港元，收购合共6亿股股份，紧随完成后，要约人将持有已发行股本总额75%，须按例提出强制性无条件现金要约，现金要约价每股0.375港元，较停牌前收市价1.8港元折让约79.17%。
要约人由庞卫涛持有。庞卫涛目前为Grand Junction Semiconductor Pte. Ltd.的控股股东，该公司为总部位于新加坡、在中国设有研发中心及制造设施的国际半导体解决方案供应商。庞卫涛先生亦为成都天府智华科技有限公司的主要股东，该公司为领先的全栈物理AI代理供应商。
