为进一步提升企业知识产权保护能力，精准破解企业在商标保护中面临的痛点与难点，近日，兰州市市场监管局高新分局联合省知识产权保护中心深入辖区企业，开展商标侵权指导服务专项活动，以“面对面”答疑、“手把手”指导的方式，为企业稳健发展保驾护航。

　　执法人员现场详细了解企业在商标创造、运用、保护和管理等环节的现状，认真倾听了企业在市场竞争中遭遇的侵权纠纷与维权诉求，从专业角度为企业讲解防范与应对策略：一是建议企业树立“产品未动，商标先行”的理念，二是指导企业在遭遇侵权时，第一时间做好交易记录、宣传物料等证据的收集与保全，综合运用行政投诉与司法诉讼等多元化途径依法维权；三是提醒企业在日常经营中规范使用商标标识，避免因不规范使用引发不必要的法律风险。并结合最新法律法规与典型实务案例进行了耐心细致的解答。

　　此次知识产权联合执法、咨询服务工作，不仅帮助企业厘清了维权思路、增强了合规经营意识，也为企业提升核心竞争力提供了坚实保障。下一步，高新分局与知识产权保护中心将持续深化联动协作，常态化开展精准入企服务，不断完善全链条知识产权保护体系，持续优化法治化营商环境。（岳利军）
