智通财经APP讯，北京汽车(01958)公布，于2026年8月7日(交易时段后)，该公司、奔驰中国及奔驰租赁订立减少注册资本协议，据此，公司与奔驰中国同意按其各自的股权比例减少对奔驰租赁的出资额，共计减少奔驰租赁的注册资本人民币40亿元。其中，奔驰租赁应以现金方式向奔驰中国退还人民币26亿元，占减少注册资本的65%，并以现金方式向公司退还人民币14亿元，占减少注册资本的35%，从而将奔驰租赁的注册资本由约人民币50.975亿元减少至10.975亿元。
于减少注册资本完成后，公司对奔驰租赁的出资额将由约人民币17.84亿元减少至3.84亿元，而公司于奔驰租赁的股权比例将维持不变，仍占奔驰租赁总注册资本的 35%。
公告称，减少注册资本旨在优化奔驰租赁的资本结构、提升资本效率。预期完成减少注册资本后，将释放资本并回馈奔驰租赁的股东，可加强集团的整体现金流。董事会认为，减少注册资本符合集团的商业利益，并与维持集团投资组合中高效的资本结构这一长期目标相符。此等裨益将共同促进集团在竞争激烈的市场环境中实现持续增长与稳定发展。
