智通财经APP讯，绿心集团(00094)发布公告，集团预期截至2026年6月30日止六个月净亏损将较去年同期净亏损9759.8万港元减少不少于85%。集团认为集团财务表现得以大幅改善主要基于以下各项的净影响所致：(i)因非常重大出售新西兰的人工林资产及相关物业、厂房及设备而产生约2670万港元(2025年：零)的净收益，当中包括因出售而获得收益约5940万港元，扣除本期间已确认的相关出售成本约3270万港元。(ii)位于新西兰的人工林资产的公允价值亏损约910万港元(2025年：公允价值收益2270万港元)。该公允价值亏损主要归因于在具挑战性的市场环境下原木售价下跌;(iii)苏利南分部已终止经营业务亏损减少约8840万港元。
于2025年6月30日止六个月期间，集团出售于苏利南大部分有亏损的附属公司予独立第三方，并终止苏利南的业务。由于该等附属公司合计处于净负债状态，因此出售所得款项微不足道。
