智通财经APP讯，天能动力(00819)发布公告，根据目前可获得资料及本集团于截至2026年6月30日止6个月(有关期间)的综合管理账目的初步审阅，本公司预期本集团于有关期间整体收益较去年同期稍为下降约5%至8%，但股东应占溢利将较去年同期减少约62%至66%。
董事会认为上述预期收益变化主要由于本集团主动收缩贸易业务，惟制造业务较去年同期的收益增长约5%至9%。而上述预期盈利变化主要由于硫酸等上游原料价格高位运行，叠加下游行业竞争加剧及终端消费需求复苏不及预期，本公司主营业务毛利承受显著下行压力。与此同时，受中国内地先进制造业企业增值税加计抵减等政策调整影响，本公司其他收益较去年同期减少。结合上述因素，进一步收窄了本公司整体盈利区间。
然而，考虑到：本集团制造业务较去年同期的收益增长约5%至9%，核心业务铅蓄电池销量总体保持稳定，市场龙头地位及品牌、渠道和客户基础依然稳固;电池循环产业所形成的资源协同优势持续显现;及锂离子电池业务与海外市场拓展亦在稳步推进，董事会对本集团长期前景仍抱信心。
