英国石油公司（BP）已同意收购伍德赛德能源集团在特立尼达和多巴哥近海Calypso天然气项目中70%的权益，以实现对该项目的完全控股。
这家总部位于伦敦的石油巨头表示，收购TTDAA 14号区块（即Calypso）权益的交易将使其持股比例增至100%。公司未披露收购该权益的具体金额。
Calypso是特立尼达和多巴哥近海的一个早期深水天然气项目。BP还持有该国西南海岸附近大西洋液化天然气设施45%的股权。
该交易预计将于2026年底完成，尚需政府和监管机构批准。
该股在欧洲午盘交易中上涨6.3便士，涨幅1.2%，报521.20便士。今年迄今累计上涨20%。
