为深入贯彻落实专题警示教育工作部署，切实加强青年干部教育管理监督，在前期一对一廉政谈心谈话基础上，近日，贵州能源监管办组织全办青年干部开展集体廉政谈话。
机关纪委书记结合严重违纪违法典型案例，深入剖析案情，对照履职过程中“不会为、不想为、巧作为、为利为”四类廉政风险，梳理各岗位潜在风险，以案明纪、以案示警，引导全办青年干部明晰权力边界，时刻防范廉政风险。
会议对青年干部提出要求：一是坚守纪律底线，严守规矩，筑牢思想防线，不忘初心、夯实廉洁从政思想根基；二是强化担当作为，积极进取，锤炼过硬本领，立足岗位履职尽责；三是坚持自我提升，常态化自省自警，净化社交圈，加强业务学习实践，以扎实作风和服务能力推动能源监管事业高质量发展。与会青年干部表示，将以此次集体廉政谈话为契机，常怀敬畏之心，扣好廉洁从政“第一粒扣子”，以清正务实作风积极投身能源监管高质量发展。
