智通财经APP讯，澳洲成峰高教(01752)发布公告，于2026年8月5日，集团获悉一则新闻报导，指有一名威胁行为者在一个地下论坛上声称拥有据称与就读集团开办的教育课程的学生相关的若干记录，并意图提供该等记录的存取权限或进行售卖(疑似事件)。
在得悉疑似事件后，集团随即展开调查，以评估是否有如声称所指曾出现任何未经授权存取或泄露个人资料的情况;若情况属实，则会评估未经授权存取或资料泄露的性质及范围、可能受影响的资料类别、疑似事件的根本原因，以及集团系统及服务器的安全状况。集团将按调查进度采取适当的进一步行动。
集团已向高等教育质量与标准署及澳洲网络安全中心通报疑似事件。待寻求进一步的法律意见后，集团将采取适当的行动，并在必要时通知其他相关机构以确保履行所有责任，且将主动配合及协助任何查询或调查。集团透过定期检讨及加强资讯安全及网络安全措施，致力保障学生的资料及其私隐。
集团将继续评估疑似事件对营运及财务的任何潜在影响。根据集团目前可得的资料，于本公告日期，疑似事件并未对集团的营运造成任何重大干扰。
