智通财经APP讯，炙龙控股(08493)发布公告，于2026年8月7日，本公司获其法律顾问告知，本公司间接全资附属公司运力有限公司(运力)根据香港高等法院于2026年8月5日作出的清盘令(该命令)被颁令清盘。凯晋企业顾问有限公司的马德民及黄国强已获破产管理署署长委任为运力之共同及各别临时清盘人。
该命令源于李天送于2026年5月14日根据《公司(清盘及杂项条文)条例》(香港法例第32章)的条文，向高等法院提出针对运力的清盘呈请(该呈请)。于2026年8月5日前，本公司于相关时间并不知悉该呈请，直至本集团于编制截至2026年6月30日止6个月的中期业绩期间进行例行法律查册时，方首次知悉该呈请。于知悉此事后，本公司随即向其顾问寻求意见。
公司股份继续停牌。
