美国独立企业联合会（NFIB）数据显示，计划增加招聘的美国小企业占比7月大幅上升，达到2022年10月以来最高水平。
计划未来三个月招聘员工的企业主净占比为20%，较6月上升9个百分点。NFIB周四公布的数据显示，小企业就业指数上升近2点，至102.1。
小企业继续推动就业增长。本周公布的私营部门报告显示，7月新增就业岗位中超过一半来自小企业。预计周五公布的官方数据将显示，7月私营部门就业人数增加8万人。
“招聘计划表明，小企业主预计业务将大幅增长，需要更多员工，”NFIB首席经济学家Bill Dunkelberg在声明中表示。
NFIB数据显示，薪酬指标有所上升。加薪的企业主净占比为31%，较6月上升3个百分点；19%的企业主表示计划未来三个月提高薪酬，较6月上升2个百分点。
表示有职位空缺但无法招到合适员工的企业主占比升至2025年6月以来最高水平。NFIB数据显示，27%的企业主将劳动力素质或供给列为最重要的经营问题，较6月上升8个百分点。
