墨西哥央行周四连续第二次维持基准利率不变，并重申预计将在可预见的未来继续按兵不动。
央行五位理事会成员一致投票决定将隔夜利率目标维持在6.5%，该水平被认为足以应对国内外宏观经济挑战。
央行表示：“展望未来，理事会估计将基准利率维持在当前水平是适当的。”
央行称，预计通胀将继续向3%的目标回落，但速度将比此前预期的更为平缓。目前预计通胀将在2027年第四季度达到目标，而非明年第二季度。
截至7月中旬，以消费者价格指数衡量的通胀率为3.10%，核心通胀率为3.95%。央行表示，通胀预测的风险平衡仍偏向上行。
央行指出，继第一季度经济萎缩后，第二季度经济活动有所反弹，但经济增长仍面临显著下行风险。
