蓝鲸新闻8月6日讯，近日，河南证监局发布行政监管措施决定书，剑指凯盛新能源股份有限公司及相关责任人。决定书显示，凯盛新能源股份有限公司连续 12 个月内累计诉讼仲裁金额 3.33 亿元，达到最近一期经审计净资产的绝对值 10.73%，公司迟至 2026 年 6 月 29 日才进行补充披露，相关信息披露不及时。以上行为违反了《中华人民共和国证券法》《上市公司信息披露管理办法》的相关规定。谢军作为公司董事长、陈鹏作为公司总经理、陈红照作为公司董事会秘书对上述违规行为负主要责任。针对上述违法行为，河南证监局对公司及谢军、陈鹏、陈红照采取出具警示函的监督管理措施，并记入证券期货市场诚信档案。
