智通财经APP讯，亿胜生物科技(01061)公布2026年中期业绩，营业额约7.85亿港元，同比减少10.5%;溢利约1.11亿港元，同比减少32.2%;每股盈利19.53港仙，拟派每股中期股息5港仙。
公告称，营业额减少归因于于2026年1月30日公布并自2026年1月1日起追溯生效的中国新增值税法，改变了医药批发企业销售普通生物制品的税务处理方式。过往，该等企业可选择简易计税方法按3%税率缴纳增值税，现时则须按13%的标准税率缴税，与其他药品一致。此项变动及其他新引入的监管挑战对集团的业务(尤其是贝复舒®及贝复济®系列生物制品)造成影响。此乃由于集团无法将增加的增值税转嫁予最终客户，因为中国集中采购系统项下的包含增值税的售价是固定的，而营业额已扣除增值税。
