Envision Greenwise to Buy AI Servers for 1.3 Billion Yuan

Envision Greenwise Holdings (HKG:1783) said a China-based unit will acquire high-performance artificial intelligence servers for 1.29 billion yuan, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The company said the servers will support its recently acquired cloud computing business and help meet demand from new customer contracts.
The products will be delivered within seven days of full payment and come with a 36-month warranty.
Envision Greenwise said it expects to fund the purchase through a combination of internal resources, customer prepayments, and external financing.
