智通财经APP获悉，万洲国际(00288)早盘跌超6%，截至发稿，跌4.01%，报7.89港元，成交额1.38亿港元。
消息面上，万洲国际公告称，原定于8月11日召开的董事会会议，将改期至8月28日举行，以考虑及批准公司及其附属公司截至6月30日止六个月未经审核的综合中期业绩，以及考虑派发中期股息（如有）。延期原因是需要更多时间落实中期业绩公告。
大摩近日发布研报称，由于万洲国际中国包装肉业务因前期市场推广投入上升及产品组合改变，导致单位利润同比下降，同时美国包装肉及屠宰业务于次季的利润受压，因此预期集团第二季整体经营溢利将同比录得中至高单位数跌幅。大摩略微下调万洲今年盈利预测约4%；目标价由12.7港元调降至11.4港元。
