智通财经APP获悉，诺比侃(02635)早盘涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.1%，报11.96港元，成交额1456.81万港元。
消息面上，8月6日，诺比侃发布公告，公司近期与国内一家AI芯片企业(以下称“合作方”)订立软件销售协议，合约总金额为人民币5080万元(含税)。合作方为国内领先的AI算力芯片及智算基础设施厂商，其产品广泛应用于AI数据中心、电信、能源、金融科技等关键行业领域。公司认为，本次与合作方签订协议，标志着集团AI工业软件产品在智算中心场景的商业化落地取得实质进展。
根据该协议，该集团将向合作方供应以下自主研发软件产品及配套技术服务：NBK行业应用平台V2.0系列软件(含物联监控子系统、大数据处理子系统、智能监控子系统、智能验损子系统)；GIS定位地图辅助定位管理系统V1.0；诺比侃智能机器人巡检及电气操作辅助系统V1.0；AI运维大数据分析软件；上述软件的配套技术服务。
